Build Your 30/60/90-Day Roadmap

Put It Into Action

Chapter 14: Build Your 30/60/90-Day Roadmap

You do not need to implement every idea at once. Choose the work that addresses your most important gaps, assign an owner, and decide how you will evaluate progress.

Use the next 90 days to establish the baseline, improve the customer journey, and learn from the changes.

Section 1

Choose your priorities

Start with evidence from the earlier chapters. Write down the problem before choosing the deliverable.

Illustrative contrast

Deliverable
Build another flow.
Problem
Customers do not know which accessory fits their first purchase.
Possible response
Improve compatibility guidance and create a relevant follow-up.

Some fixes belong in email or SMS. Others belong in the product, website, support process, or offer.

Section 2

Days 1–30: Understand and fix the foundations

Suggested priorities

  • Establish metric definitions and a baseline.
  • Review audience quality and sending setup.
  • Map the current customer journey.
  • Identify the most important gaps.
  • Fix broken links, conflicting messages, or obvious experience issues.
  • Choose a manageable first improvement.

Outcome: A documented starting position and a short, owned priority list.

Section 3

Days 31–60: Improve the experience

Suggested priorities

  • Implement the selected flow or campaign improvements.
  • Clarify product messages and landing-page continuity.
  • Coordinate email and SMS.
  • Strengthen useful post-purchase education.
  • Record what changed and when.

Outcome: Changes are live, reviewed, and connected to a clear customer problem.

Section 4

Days 61–90: Measure and refine

Suggested priorities

  • Review results over an appropriate period.
  • Compare with the baseline while noting other changes.
  • Keep, revise, or stop the changes based on evidence.
  • Plan the next useful tests.
  • Document repeatable production and review processes.

Outcome: A clearer understanding of what to continue and what to investigate next.

This is a planning framework. Timing depends on your team, buying cycle, and the work required.

You’ve reached the final chapter. You can return to any unfinished chapters from the overview.
